Last Saturday Tim and I went to see “Walking with Dinosaurs” at the Rose Garden (featuring life-sized animatronic dinosaurs).  We figured that the show would either be too scary and/or long for a two year old, so we dropped Lex off with a friend of mine.  Despite being the only adults there without a kid in tow, we had a great time on our date (and even splurged for the ridiculously priced $7 popcorn).

We recently decided to move Kiwi’s memorial stone from the hillside behind our house to our fenced backyard.  I wanted to plant flowers around it and bring her stone a little closer to home.  Lex still talks about her, and we miss her every day.
