Laughing
I bought a new microphone the other day so that I could record some audio for a screencast I made for Cudadog. If you don’t know what a screencast is you might not be geeky enough. =) Anyway, I recorded a little audio of Laura throwing Lex around in her arms. He really likes the rough stuff!

He has the cutest chuckles.
No commentsBusy times
Boy, you can tell that we moved the computer to the basement…it’s definitely not as convenient for me to blog anymore. But I’ll do my best to carry on!
Still no house sale. We’ve had our two open houses and have had a few showings, but now the phone is quiet again. Sigh…
We haven’t taken many pictures lately, but we’ve certainly been busy. Mostly just errands. On Thursday I got my hair cut and colored, so Lex got to spend some quality time with his dad. The boys ended up taking a walk to the library. Then yesterday we all ran over to Hillsboro. I put together some meals at “Dinners Ready” and then we went shopping for a new car seat. Lex is on the verge of outgrowing his infant one. For now we just bought a cheaper one so we can take it to Oklahoma with us and not worry about it being “manhandled” by the airline staff. We plan on getting a better one later.
Our son is definitely changing by the day. He’s at a very fun age right now. Most of the time he’s smiling and in a great mood. But he’s also starting to resist his naps, and yesterday he rolled onto his belly and got SO mad when he was stuck by the crib bars. We didn’t know he could be that loud!
Lex is still not eating much solid food. We’re lucky if we get him to take a couple bites of anything. Our pediatrician gave us the number for a specialist, and if things don’t change we’ll pursue that when we’re back from Oklahoma. Just to make sure that there aren’t any problems due to his prematurity.
Tonight we’re going out to dinner with the Ramms, which will be fun. And tomorrow we’ve been invited to a Happy Go Lucky get-together. Even though I haven’t worked there for years, I still get invited to the parties. Sweet!
