This just in - our baby rolled for the first time!  One second he was on his back (as seen in the picture below) and the next he was on his tummy looking confused and proud at the same time.

We’re very pleased with this new accomplishment.  Cigars, anyone?

I actually get to do a post for once.  Laura, the blog master, went to bed early.  =)  There was some very nice sunlight shining in through the back door this morning and I thought I’d take the opportunity to get some large aperture shots of Lex.

We expect that Lex will successfully roll over sometime before he goes to college.  Here’s the pictures of his latest (failed) attempt:

We’re still trying to get Lex to accept rice cereal.  So far he’s not too interested in it.  The boy likes his breast milk!  After a few more days we might try introducing something different, like mashed avocado or banana.

No teeth yet, but he continues to drool and chew on everything (hence the addition of a bib to his daily wardrobe).
